Restrictions
1. Conducting games of chance, lotteries, or other gambling-type activities are strictly prohibited.

2. Alcoholic beverage consumption must be approved, in writing, by the 426 ABS Commander prior to the event.

3. Events or activities which generate profit are extremely limited and MUST be approved, in writing, by the 426 ABS Commander prior to the event.

Policies and Procedures
It is the responsibility of the user of the facility to insure that the facility is maintained correctly.

Cleaning tools and cleaning supplies are kept in the utility cabinet in the kitchen.

All tables and chairs must be put back as they were found.

All dishes, utensils, tablecloths, napkins, towels, washcloths, and other equipment must be cleaned and returned to original and proper location.

All floors must be swept and mopped.

All trash inside and outside must be disposed of in the nearest dumpsters (at the CAC, dumpsters are located behind the Central Cellar building).

Trash cans must be emptied and bags replaced.

All lights, transformers, and appliances must be turned off.

Any decorations put up or placed must be removed.

It is critical that all doors and windows are LOCKED before departing.

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the building.

Candles must not be used, only nite-lites may be placed in atall container to cover the flame.

Before your event consider this...
Do you understand how ALL the kitchen equipment is operated?
Do you understand how to operate the audio equipment?
Do you know where the Fire Extinguishers and Exits are?
Do you understand how to operate the overhead projector system?

Conclusion of your event or activity...
Return all borrowed items to 426 ABS Services.
Return key to 426 ABS Services by 1000 hrs on the next working day.

Understand that you may receive a call if 426 ABS Services staff determines additional clean-up is necessary or if unsatisfactory conditions require correction. A cleaning FEE of $200 or 1000 NOK will be assessed if the CAC is not found in satisfactory condition.
